Join me for my signature Fusion Method Class Series (Level 2) — a 4-week program combining the centering and breathwork of yoga with the elongation and postural endurance training of Scolio-Pilates®.
Each week builds on the last so you gain tools, confidence, and strength to support your unique spine.

FAQ
WHAT PROPS DO I NEED?
We’ll use all the props from the Fundamentals class: a mat, yoga block, blanket, Pilates squishy ball, washcloths, and a strap—plus a Pilates magic circle and Therabands. I recommend having at least two long Therabands: one with light resistance and one with medium to heavy resistance.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE CLASSES LIVE?
I wish there were a magical hour when we could all be online live, but I know that’s not always possible—which is why every class is recorded. Even if you plan to attend live but aren’t feeling well that day, there’s no need to push your body. You have the flexibility to take the class on your own time—and you can also repeat the class as often as you’d like.
WHAT IF I GET SICK AND CAN'T CATCH UP?
I know life happens to all of us. If you get sick or have an emergency that prevents you from viewing the classes within the five weeks, I will extend your access.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT I'M DOING THE EXERCISES RIGHT?
Form is very individual, but it’s important to understand what your body is actually doing in space. You’re welcome to send me videos of yourself doing the exercises for feedback, or periodically schedule a private session to review your form and receive real-time guidance.
